Refund Policy

Every TPF Studio item is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind. Please review your product type, size, color, quantity, design, and shipping address carefully before checkout.

What we cover

We will make it right if your order arrives with any of the following: a defective or damaged item, a print error, or the wrong item shipped.

How to request a resolution

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review the details and help with a replacement or other appropriate resolution. You do not need to ship the item back.

Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with our production and shipping partners.
